The felt comes to life under the hands of Aurelia Westray, a soft and vibrant material that she shapes with patience and intuition. His work is a dialogue between wool, precious textiles, density and evanescence.
It is by reproducing ancestral gestures and combining personal experiments that matter takes shape in its hands.
Each interlace fiber melts into a tactile landscape where light dances on reliefs.
Integrates Lyon silks, working infused color, mixing sets of volumes and graphics, the artist gives the felt a character bright, precious and sculptural.
